About Installation, Debugging, Training and Acceptance (1) Installation and Debugging ~We take charge of transporting equipment to the designated place according to model and quantity stipulated in the contract, and promise to finish the equipment installation, debugging, starting and operation as time prescribed by both parties. ~ We will test all hardware and software as your company required. ~ We will provide detailed technical trainings. ~We will provide equipment operation and maintenance manual. ~ We will take charge of field installation management and field acceptance test of purchased equipment, so as to meet all operating requirements in functional specifications. ~ After arrival of products, users should check goods and appearance under the supervision of our company and users. ~ Our engineer shall follow the regulations of the user unit and local laws and regulations in field installation of equipment. (2) Technical Training ~ After normal operation of equipment and acceptance, we will offer maintenance and operation trainings on the spot for the unit without personnel constraints until they master the maintenance and operation. ~ Correct use of adjustment function; ~Identification of primary faults and necessary restoration methods; ~Application of all system functions; ~Common troubleshooting methods; (3) Final Acceptance Test ~ After installation and debugging of equipment, both parties can carry out the acceptance test. After-sales Service System and Maintenance Scheme We promise to offer one-year warranty for all equipment, and three-month warranty and lifelong guarantee repair for sewing machine heads. If the equipment and system break down, after receiving a phone call of your unit, we will reply in time to solve the problem. The Warranty Period takes effect from the date of normal use after installation and debugging of equipment. Except after-sales service as manufacturer provided in one year service time, we will provide technical support from the second year, and only charge materials expense and post fee.
